To be more specific, i was curious where the targets for the anesthetic are, and if there were any risks of putting in the wrong place.
What is the normal procedure for anesthetizing the mouth for dental work?
In some areas you block the nerve %26amp; in some you infiltrate. Both produce numbness but neither cause damage as the wear off in a while. Probably gave a million injections in 32 yrs %26amp; never saw any permanent damage!! Doc W
