Is there a dental insurance available for the self-employed?

I am a at home caregiver and I need a dental insurance that is affordable and covers most procedures...please help

If you don't find something specifically listed on their site, you can call and ask about discounts for self-employed. When I got my health insurance through Blue Cross, they had available a rate for self-employed which was not listed on their website.
Reply:I got a $600 crown on a tooth two weeks ago, Friday I was flossing my teeth and a crown on the other side broke off before breakfast with the tooth attached!!! I also am a home care provider and need dental insurance if this keeps up, I pay out of my pocket and this is becoming expensive!!

call customer service at 1-866-345-4401 and ask them how to enroll in their program...it's not an insurance, it is a discount program...
Reply:AARP has a dental insurance plan.. you didn't state your age, but it's the first thing that popped into my head..





If you're not eligible for AARP, try googling self-employed dental insurance and see what comes up for your state of residence.





If you go with a reduced fee plan, you'll have to see someone that participates with the plan.
