Is there a dental plan that will partially pay for Lumineers?

I know that most dental plans do not cover any cosmetic/unnecessary procedures but I've read in a few places that some plans will pay a portion (even if it's a just small percentage). Does anyone one know of specific companies/plans that may pay a portion of the cost of Lumineers?

Is there a dental plan that will partially pay for Lumineers?
Sorry, but dental plans usually don't cover cosmetic work. The only way they will pay a portion is if you have had an accident and you need to replace your teeth. Then you would be responsible for the "upgrade" to cosmetic Lumineers.
Reply:No.

Dental plans do not over anything of a cosmetic nature, especially veneers. A lot of dental offices will use a payment plan such as CareCredit or the like so that financing can be done.

Lumineers are great so if you want to get them done - go for it!!!
Reply:It is difficult to get dental insurance to pay for laminate veneers because it is known that many of them are done largely or totally for cosmetic reasons.

However, this doesn't mean they are ALL done for cosmetic reasons. Insurance companies will often pay for veneers however in lieu of a crown. So if the tooth is heavily filled they MAY pay for veneers. However, if it is heavily filled you may be better off with a crown anyway--and all-ceramic crowns should be comparably beautiful if done by a good ceramist.
