Dental Costs?

I'm looking for a website that will provide the average amount charged in the USA for various DENTAL procedures. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Dental costs are established by UCRs (Usual Customary %26amp; Reasonable) set forth by the dental insurance companies. I do not know of any website that will list all UCRs for all states in the US.





As for searching for 'cheap' dental treatment... keep this in mind... do you want or do you not want quality dental treatment. In most cases, you get what you pay for.

Reply:I don't know of a website but If you're going to have a procedure done I would advise you to open the phone book and call all the Dentist and ask for a price quote.Make sure you tell the Dentist what price the last one quoted you.He will under bid the last dentist,call another one and do the same thing.I needed a root canal done and called every Dentist asking how much they would charge for the crown? My dentist wanted $1,200.00 for one crown.After calling all the dentist I ended up getting it for $250.00
