I have to get an implant for a missing front tooth. The entire procedure will cost 6-7 thousand dollars. 3thou is due in two weeks when I get a split bone implant put in. A few months from that another 4K will be due for the rest of the procedure. Insurance has a missing tooth clause and will cover nothing. I do not have 7K in savings at this time. Any ideas on best way to pay for this? Loan? payment plans? Credit card? Borrow from a good friend? Anyone have any experience with this? I have never had issues with money and have excellent credit but this huge bill due so soon is scaring the heck out of me that I cannot pay it all.

first get estimates/opinions from 3 more dentists.
u'll be amassed at the difference$$.
get a budget going make ur money bleed as it goes out.
get 2 more pt/tm jobs work till u can't then get up and do it agin.
wait til u have cash.
