Is it possible to have all of your teeth removed, then replaced with permanent, false teeth?
Does a dental procedure like this exist?

Reply:Yes, you could have all of your teeth extracted and then have implants placed within the jaw that a permanent denture (in this case called an overdenture) could then be place on top of. Costly and time consuming but possible!

Reply:Yes, but you don't want to do that unless it's really impossible to salvage your natural teeth. That type of procedure is usually reserved for rich, old people.
Reply:I happened upon this procedure today while researching my crowns, and it said that the cost to do this would be $24,000-$100,000! It's about $3500 per tooth.
